The time frame for order delivery:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, the average processing time approximately 3 business days. However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. For popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the processing time may be 5-7 business days.
• Quality Control Checks: Before ships out we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, unless it's specified in the product description page, items usually take between 10 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times (this is out of our control). They are approximate times for reference only.
